The Ant Girls are Dorothy Schwartz, Rebecca Goodale, Vivien Russe and Colleen Kinsella. 4 Maine based artists working collaboratively to merge art and science through the visual exploration of leafcutter ants.
This is fantastic! I had an ant farm (glass jar with dirt and holes poked in the lid) when I was 4 or 5. I fed them sugar then promptly dropped the far on the kitchen floor. Oooops. Still admire the heck out of the creatures. - Serena
ReplyDeleteI have heard something like this for the very first time! Showing different arts by using visual representation of leafcutter ant will be worth watching! Looking forward to see this type of event in my country too. Way to goo Ant girls!
